What is MC Imagineers?
MC Imagineers is a Minecraft: Java Edition server and volunteer-driven project recreating Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom at true 1:1 scale. Our team replicates beloved attractions, lands, experiences, and environments so Guests can explore an authentic recreation of Disney's Magic Kingdom inside Minecraft and experience the magic they know and love.
MC Imagineers isn't just a static replica of Magic Kingdom. Real-world time and weather synchronize with Walt Disney World, attractions feature custom ride systems, synchronized audio, animatronics, and hundreds of custom 3D models recreate everything from ride vehicles to merchandise and themed props. The result is a living and dynamic Minecraft recreation for all of our Guests to enjoy.

Foundry is Live!
Our free browser-based Minecraft outlining tool, Foundry, is now live for anyone to use! With access to the same technology that our own Imagineers use to recreate Disney's Magic Kingdom at 1:1 scale, you can now build your own cities, parks, or any real-world locations at an accurate scale. Foundry makes precise Minecraft building easier than ever.

Can I join the team?
Yes! MC Imagineers accepts volunteer applications for our Imagineer, Technician, and Guest Experience Teams. We're always looking for builders, developers, modelers, pixel-artists, guest facing staff, and other volunteers passionate about Minecraft and Disney. Visit the application page to learn more.
Is MC Imagineers official?
No. MC Imagineers is a fan-made, volunteer driven project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Disney, Walt Disney World, Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
Which Disney park are you recreating?
MC Imagineers is currently recreating Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
Is the park built at full scale?
Yes. Every building, attraction, pathway, and land is recreated at true 1:1 scale using real-world measurements, satellite imagery, photography, and extensive research.
What Minecraft: Java Edition version does MC Imagineers use?
MC Imagineers is built for Minecraft: Java Edition, which allows the team to use custom tools, server systems, models, and technical workflows. We currently support Release 1.21.6.
Does MC Imagineers support Minecraft: Bedrock Edition?
No, MC Imagineers is designed specifically for Minecraft: Java Edition. Sadly, supporting Bedrock Edition would significantly limit many of the custom experiences that make the project possible, such as audio, attraction features, 3D models, animatronics, and more.
Can I ride attractions?
Yes. All attractions are being recreated with custom ride systems, synchronized audio, animatronics, special effects, custom models, and more to provide an immersive and realistic experience.
Can I visit the server?
Public access is planned for the future as the project develops. For now, guests can follow progress through official MC Imagineers social channels and the community Discord.
What is the server IP for MC Imagineers?
When public access becomes available, guests will be able to join using play.mcimagineers.com.
Is MC Imagineers free to play?
Yes, visiting the server is and always will be free. Optional store purchases help support development but are never required to explore the park.
When will MC Imagineers open?
The project is still under active development. Follow our Discord and social media pages for announcements and future opening dates.
